What data and why
When you book a consultation through the Microsoft Bookings form, we process the name, email, phone number and booking note you enter. The purpose is arranging and holding the consultation you requested.

24 months from the meeting taking place or being cancelled.
Who can access your data
Booking is operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. as the processor (Microsoft 365 and Bookings services, data stored in the EU). Apart from the above, we don't pass your data to anyone.
The Breberka chatbot
The text of your question and answer is sent to the Groq language model (operator in the USA, transfer under standard contractual clauses; it may keep the content for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse investigation) and stored in Microsoft storage until the morning quality-control summary is sent at the latest (roughly a day), which is deleted at the same time. The purpose is providing the answer and checking that the bot doesn't make things up. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a sample assistant. Daily summaries are kept in the mailbox for 7 days and then deleted.
